SAD? There are many way to solve it

Sad? SAD just a feeling , emotion or mood we all have.

Sadness is the emotion of people feel when lost something very important or disappointed about something or something bad had happen to them.

When feel sad, in you world will seem dark and helpless. Some maybe will get lost in the dark and lock them self deep inside their heart.

Most people feel better by crying and some people tears are hard to stop.

Sometimes you might get better when someone comfort you and keep you company while you go through the sad feeling.

Some sadness, friends may not help much, you have to face it by your self. It may take times, but once you are brave to face it, you can feel your world became colorful and warm.

Most 3 comment sad :

1)Lost - Something you like missing or someone important is gone (Dead).

2)Disappointed - Like losing a game you hoped to win. How sad you may feel? It depends.

3)Relationships - Relationships that break up can cause sadness.

Sign and Symptoms when feel sad:

1)Feeling hopeless ( like there's nothing to look forward)

2)Feeling lonely / numb

3)Feeling like not interested on it anymore

4)Feeling tired all the time

5)Not enough sleep or oversleep

6)Feeling restless

7)Body feeling ( Headaches, Stomachaches and No appetite)

8)Hard to concentrate

9)Thinking about DEATH ( Suicide)

Thinking about DEATH / SUICIDE is the most imbecile and irresponsible action. Please think twice before thinking about it. Nothing can't solve and please think about your parents. They spend most of the time working, earning , saving and giving love , care, hope on you for the pass 13-19 years. How could you just leave them aways?

If you feel sad, you suicide. How about your parents? If you are death, they feel sad too. Do you wish them to suicide too?

Just think how lucky you are, if you are not Handicapped or Abandon children.

The world is keep changing, most of the teenage are not ignorance anymore but ideological still under age. They will try to act like adult, do like an adult. That's the reason, why 21st century teenage keep giving problem to the public --> Rape, Suicide and Abandon baby cases.

Parents need more focus on their children and for those who feel sad please don't try to SUICIDE. It is not a GAME, you won't have 2nd chance if you GAME OVER.

Sorority Love short clips

Sorority Love is 1st Product my team produce.

It is a Love story clips and is a true story from a friend of us. We use back the basic of the true story with added and deleted some unnecessary parts.

The basic story is form, next is the name. Day by day we had think lots of name and finally we decide to use " Sorority Love " on our 1st product.

It is a 1st product, so we will try our best to done it in a low cost, low equipment & less man power condition.

MR.J is back from sick.

Sorry for not updating my blog, i guess not much will reading my BLOG.

Still..... have to apologize.

Last few months i had plan to make a short music video using Taeyang - Wedding Dress as the music. I had run some the DEMO on it. Still have some problem need to be solve before we start.

But Last feel week when i sick, MR.Jacky give me call.

He which to make a memory video about him self. It is a good chance for me to try and get more experiance about video captur, video making and video editing.

To make a good video 1st need a TEAM. I need more Crew and manpower. Now i start to find more to join and help me on.

I wish to share and enjoy the product of ART to all of you. For those who like to make video, Edit video or taking photo, if you are free , we are welcome you to join us. I wish more intrested friends can join and work as a TEAM.

Beside we need good equipment too but now we just can use what we have from our own.

This coming Project will be done next year (Final Production date maybe be change). Due to limited Time, Man Power and Equipment we can run this project on Sat or Sunday.

The Story will be upload as soon as possible, we had plan to separate it into 3 Parts. Conversation will be added in, so this is not a fully music video.

Last 2 weeks, my back side injurt. Maybe injurt while GYM? SOCCER?

It had make me pain for 2 weeks, doctor? just give some pill for muscle relax.

After taking the pill still pain. SITing, STANDing, WALKing feel PAIN too.

SLEEP? YES..The only way can relax and reduce my pain.

The pass 2 weeks, no GYM, no SPORTS, no HANG OUT. Poor MR.J!

Finally, now consider recover. Feel no pain.

Finally can back to my normal life.

Last 2 week is a busy week for me. Something SAD happen on me and my family, my little Uncle had pass away. It was so sudden, the day after he at ICU, he had been transfer to Singapore CIMB and prepare to have a better future, but all the dream and hope GONE.

The follow day after my uncle pass away, both side family keep busy to prepare his funeral.

I am a boy that not easy to cry and won't cry in front of anyone...but i did, i did cry on the last of his funeral, that way the last day i saw his face. Now, he had became a part of my memory forever in my heart.

After that, i fall sick again. Hate sick, can't do anything....just sleep, eat, shit then back to sleep.

Few day ago, Hari Raya...Hanging around at KL area. The road is so clean and not use to it. There are just few car around and no traffic jam at all. What a nice day driving car hanging around KL city area. Then we had a movie ( STEP UP 3), i wanna watch 3D but there are no more 3D for this movie.

This movie is awesome, rating 4/5. The music is great and the dance was nice. Really enjoy the movie.

Today, Finally cut my hair....SHort, Really Short. Out of my expectation....haha

Cielo same meaning as Sky.

Sky.....Cielo.......Sky.......Cielo....same meaning but different feeling while pronounce it.

Why i will choose the name Sky as my nick name? Lots of my friend ask me the same question.

On the spot i answer them ( I like freedom, the sky look freedom..so i choose the name sky)

Sometime i feel SKY this name not suitable for me.

My last name is Joon. Y don't use John? Maybe Albert Lim?

SKY.....for me....i just feel like it...no any reason. Maybe it just sut me....

I like to look to the sky while feel Emo, unhappy and hopeless. It will make me feel comfortable and bring me back (motivation)

Night, looking at the sky, it was so DARK but the moon and star still bring the light on.

It tells me, no matter how Dark infront of me, there are still lots of lights that show me and lead me to the bright side.

Plan 2 is to make a music video.
I know i don't have pro-equipment and software....but is still a good start for a beginner.

This Oo nite give me the feeling like watching a SHOW not a bored Beauty Competition. All the finalist perform so well....they can act, sing and dance. MC (Shaun) and MC (Don't know his name)...both of them so great...I like their DANCE Battle.....

10 June is the day before yesterday.....The day that i had wait for long long time ago..it is the day we had our 1st meet..and the day i won't forget. The time we hang out just 5 hours, for me sure i wish to have more time to be with her.

Melacca Trip

Last Monday went to Melaka A'famosa with my classmate. 5 of them gone back hometown so they go by them self and left 12 still at KL. So we decided to go there by 3 cars from KL and 1 from Johor.

Then we meet up at Aloh Gajah.

Before we start our journey, 12 of us meet at wangsa and go together.....This trip is not long but not short too....1st i feel so sleepy and moody. Last night slept late and the environment in the car is too quite...no longer focus and concentrate on driving.

Then one my friend(driver) try to over take me and i try to block it, the 3rd car suddenly went to 3rd lane and become 1 line....3 cars moving on same speed.

Quite Fun...haha

When we reach Aloh Gajah....wait about half hour to meet the car from Johor.

4 car move forward to A'famosa, the 1st thing we do is went to water park to cool n fresh our self.

The killer(SUN) start to burn all mankind body(boys SKIN) in our group. After we enjoy the fun in water park, we realize all of us sun burn.....1 word...PAIN.

Then back to the banglo to rest, most of us fall asleep and left few of us start to gossiping.

Around 8.30, all the wolf start looking for food. But A'famosa area not much restaurant can be found. We keep asking and asking, finally 4 km from A'famosa there is a small town that we can find some chinese food there. (The name of the place 4GET)

It time to Bed now....I am tired + tired so i went to bed 1st. 1 hour later something woke me...U guess what? My little friend snoring( Louder and Louder) That time i really wish to punch him, but another roommate just beside him really punch but not him..............only on the bed.

Then he woke up and start sneezing,

3~4 hours later i woke up again, because of stomach ache. He is still sneezing and walking around. I don't think between the 3~4 hours he did sleep well.

Then i gave him some medicine.(wish he can have a nice sleep)

The next day we check out at 1pm. Then continue journey to Melaka town.

We reach there around 2pm, Due to sun burn we can't walk too long because it is so hot.

We had our lunch there and bought some food for family before heading home..........

Yesterday factory visit at Banting, MEGASTEEL.SDN.BHD. (The Lion Group) with my classmate.

The bus college arrange, moving speed is so so so SLOW...make me feel so tired and sleepy.

1 and a half hours later..FINALLY we reach...

There are so big and lots of big machine from the book that we din't saw be4. We saw the hold process of the steel melt by the Electric Arc Furnace and cooling then rolling to become a final product.

It really helpful for me in my coming exam...

Gym Gym and Gym.....Last hold month i keep go for gym when i got free time....

At 1st start to have some body shape...but now since like not much change.

Some of my friends ask why i suddenly join gym and push so hard? My answer is to build up muscle to look fit. Think deeply, what for train so hard to have muscle and look fit? for HEALTH? or GIRL?

Some train to be strong and healthy, some to be proud for them self to have such nice body shape.

But spending so much money for gym, if not mainly to for girl? worth?

For me, i still can't answer it right now, but i really think before to train for attract girls but it can't guarantee on it. What it guarantee is i spending so much money for gym will get a fit nice body shape. Worth or not?

Finally my holiday end had to back to college life..... but still feel to play....TT

My time table not bad....Monday just 2 lecture and Tuesday no class...Today just 2 lecture and 1 tutorial class....but meths 6 i still blur blur....Had to rush up.

Now i had put most of the time on gym so protein powder is needed to build up my muscle fast.
I had join GNC member and bought my 1st pack of protein powder with Rm370+

Tomorrow after class will go gym again...

Keep went to 1U make me bored.....

- my sister and i went to 1U watch 2 movie. Line up to get the ticket had spend me 1 hours....long-Q. GSC sits and sound system is better then TGV, GSC 2nd roll is comfortable then TGV 4th roll from the screen.
Nite Guan date H xing and i to his house DRINK......he just back from holiday and sit 6-7 hours flight, just get down from plane start to do some crazy thing.....(if me better sleep and rest)

- 1U again..this time went there with han xing and Guan, we hanging around bought a box for casino gamble sets rm180+
After lunch....is time to find Miss Coco...but she still at Pavilion with her parents
While waiting....handing around again.
When we pass by Celebrity Fitness, i suggest to go in and have a look. But.....when we came out had become a member ....(spending money like drink water). At 1st just think to visit but the offer they give quite low so we join it....we plan to go gym long time ago so just JOIN.....to build up my muscle to look fit and increase my stamina for soccer.
Later...we gamble at Coco house.....then having dinner at OLD town.

After gym my fitness day had start....less rice, medium meat, and more vegetable with less salt and old.....Oh..It look like what modal always eat (maybe i can be the next man modal...lolx !!!!)

1 day trip at genting with Coco, Han xing and Guan. Mr.Guan thanks for your ride....Before going we went to Old Town to have out breakfast but the food not as good as pass few year.
When we reach there happen something...Mr.Guan car key inside his car but the car had auto log.....He and han xing plan to go casino, before gamble had to spend rm80 to call the repairman unlock the door.
Coco and i hanging around at 1st world shop and shop but han xing and guan gamble until crazy.....
While waiting we when to Starbuck coffee to rest our leg....
Poor han xing lose quite lots but Guan win some...so he treat us dinner cost about Rm300++
Before back we toke some picture...too bad is not in my hand so not plan to post.

Walk floor to floor to do some research finally decide to get a ACER(T230H) Touch Screen Monitor Rm 900 and a CPU with i5 processor , wireless keyboard mouse, G220 graphic card, DDR3 ram and 1T HD with Rm 2330. It is so heavy.........

Hanging around and window shopping, then my uncle and i spend 2~3 hours on furniture shop and try new beds.
After that i when to few shop to get some new cloths, there having sales now but not much time for me to try and choose so i just bought a white short pants from Padini Authentics.
We having dinner at Tony Roma's around 8pm. After dinner my uncle send us home......

Last week my sisters and mom went to Hong Kong with aunts.

Why am i not going? My maths v mid-test fall on 12/12/09 but the flight on 10/12/09 so no choice had to stay at home with my father.

Before my mom back from HK, 1 white rich and 1 dish ( red bean with egg / sardin).

Lucky weekend can eat something nicer from outside, miss the food that mom cooked.

After college i had to clean up the house and wash cloths, 1st 2 days is ok but when 4th so lazy to do it...

Finally Wednesday they back, they had bought me cloths, shoe and choc + sweet.

Yesterday went to Selayang Mall to try cone pizza.....
I order a set meal RM 17++, 1 mozzarella cheese cone pizza , salad and drinks.
The cone pizza is good and it really full of cheese.....great^^
There are still lots of Italian food the environment consider not bad....if sit inside will feel so small but if sit out door will more comfortable.

Yesterday doing nothing just stay at home to try Window ultimate 7.

It is better then 7 demo, vista and XP.
It is so smooth and nice, the themes is nice too.
I think 1 G ram can run it smoothly but those old software not all can use in W 7.

Pc fair is coming again....wish to change some thing for my pc but still (TAK CUKUP) money....sad.
DEC is coming soon....means assignment is times to hand up......need to rush it.
When X-mas come....is time to play because....the last assignment is on 24/12.
Hope i can wait for that day...haha

Yesterday just after my last lecture 6pm, i make a call to my friend for a movie.
Then we went to 1u watch 2012.
This movie is great, but i don't hope it happen haha.....hope is just a movie and not vigilant us.
After the movie is about 1am. So tired but on the lift a couple behind me prepare to next round( Movie again)........now those teenage(secondary students) are so energetic & rich....haha

3 weeks ago i found 2 big hole under my poor shoe.
Today, i go 1u again.....This time i go with Hxing & Jeffry to get a new shoe....finally i found it and bought it. Normal price and i like it, for college is more then enough.
I bought some Korean snacks before i back, the promoter who wearing Korean style is so pretty, i wish to see her again....

ok....i feel so sleepy now.....That's all for today...

OH..Oh..oh....This few day keep rain, the sky was so dark it make me felt helpless and useless.
This kind of feeling came again......i hate this kind of feeling.
It make me start refresh all the sad memory . Think deeply actually i am a useless person, i cant study well because lazy but i still become lazy and lazy. Lazy is one of the reason that made me give up on everything i do.
Lazy will burn all my dream if i still maintain my attitude, i try to change it but is not that easy.
Hope that i can have a relationship, single is freedom but lonely too. When u get something u will not appreciate but when lose it felt disappoint.
When u should say but u din.....when the time pass it is too late...Sorry sorry is too late for it.

After collage 6pm class....had a nice nap until dinner. Around 9pm, Edmond came to pick me up to The Curve with Chun Yeep.

Our gathering suppose to start at 9pm but Renee have piano class till 9.30 so we had to wait for her. While waiting for other primary school mates, those who had reach had a drink at Bondi Beach. The environment is good and romantic in the room( It is a VIP Room if not mistaken).

Today hang around at my grandparents house with my sister, we help grandma to arrange her plants and clean up the house.....

We had our dinner at Restaurant Shabu-Shabu.
The seafood is not bad(quite fresh) and free drink refill.
There have sushi too but not that nice.....

Last sat went to Sunway Pyramid with my classmate. We hanging around at there about 2 hour after watched FAR CRY. The room no11 and 12 is so uncomfortable.....the sits is so high and i had to look down to see the screen, when standing feel like gonna fall down....haha

Today finally finish all my sem4 exam. After exam 11am, 1 of my classmate decided to go YAKI YAKI tea-time(buffet). Promotion on weekday only RM18.90++ after taxlis around RM 22. But this promotion is valid for lunch and tea-time from 1/9 - 30/9.

But this is the cheapest and worst buffet i ever had before. Maybe it is cheap....the food is not fresh, the prawns for (fresh prawns fried rice) not even fresh...it is hard. But the fried pork with thousand island sauce still not bad and can play some BBQ.

Actually, few days ago i wanted to date Renee for movie on Friday(today) but she had date with her friend for tea-time at YAKI YAKI. I was so surprise Renee having tea-time with Qiqi and her brother and sister. I know Qiqi few years ago but today is the 1st time i saw her, so it is surprise for me maybe not for you...HAHA

On my way back to drop my friends at Setapak terrible jam.....it spend me 1 hour+ to reach genting klang.

The trailer of this movie that i saw it from YouTube, Gerard Butler look cool in the GAMER and he did great in the movie 300 but the outcome of the movie GAMER did not perform what i expected, feel disappointed to this movie....

Feel Happy yesterday.......22 people go Jogoya@Starhill Gallery KL with 5 cars.
Few of us decide to puasa from 10 to 9.10 and we really did it...

All of us meet at TARC at 8pm then go together, and i am the 1st who reach there & the time is 9.45.....but we gather all at 8.30.....

We when there around 9.10, so we hanging around...and thanks for W wan kah pay the bill 1st Rm1100++....i feel damn hungry...There were so many choice of food from Japanese, Chinese and Weston. Too many type of food to eat so we choose from the abalone parts ( all the food at there all with abalone)....the coconut water are popular at there...but i was too slow to get there(the 3 refrigerator all empty) at the end i solo 4 of it.....

Hate Thursday......very very much....class start at 8am end at 6pm.....The time at 2-4(Lab) then continue 4-6 (lecture) make me feel most tired....

After the Lab i skip my lecture......i was driving my car on the way back home, on the road i saw lots of car.......then some thing come into my mind it is the accident that happen in the morning at 7++am.
What is my destiny......The sun is so bright and all the car follow 1 by 1. Some are moving dam fast but some are so slow.... (Fast = Danger, Slow = play save)...some time i dun understand why those driver drive so fast but some so slow.
Are they scare late to reach their destiny or maybe the door of hell is waiting them.
Although i am just one of them........& do i important?

Is it my job is to grow healthy and find a job get a relation + take care my eldership and born a new life to continue the generation then dead? If everyone do the same thing and the end of destiny is the same why we could not play save on the road.

For me....although the end of my destiny is dead, but i will enjoy and cherish every thing around me before it is too late. I will try to fulfil all my wish before i leave........

All this is write according my feeling....just feeling...

Missing for 2 weeks now coming back with a BRAND NEW me.
J-Sky.....Finally understand what is more important.
Thanks to all the friends around me who support me. At the moment i feel unassisted.
I had wasted too much time on the thing that has no future....Now had to value highly one's time, i can't waste any time any more on any thing at any where.

In chinese there are a word ( Don't give up of hold forest because of a tree). But it is difficult to give up & put down the thing that had happen........keep pretend nothing will make me more suffer & more....

Maths 4 tutorial class cancel so my lecture start at 3 to 6pm.....but i reach home at 8pm....all because of train.
At 1st....yew lap fetch me to LRT station....i tot have place to sit but still had to stand......
When i change LRT to KTM at KL sentral i have to wait 15 min for the next train....
Leg so tired......standing for 13 min doing nothing.....then next and next the train keep add people & not less.....i almost become smash potato.

At the end spend me 2 hours for reach home....

Today i follow tai meng car home...after the 2nd last lecture we feel lazy to attend so want to skip class......on the way to the car park, Eric is on the same way too......
Bad thing happen...some FUCKER release his tyre air......so i and tai meng help him change tyre but his spare tyre soft until.... ( i dont think that is safe )
Tai meng took his tyre to nearest pertol station to pump air....
Gum yong and I waited at the car park......so hot...so many people pass by...they look so curious haha

Wake up at 10 take a nice bath & bla bla bla( Do what suppose to do in the morning).......enjoy my breakfast and start FORMAT my OLD PC........

Lucky my fellow friend accompany me to pass the format time.......format half way we having high tea at.....at......(forget the name) beside the Public bank.

That place is not bad & i saw my secondary school senior ( still so pretty ^^). The price is expansive but if bring girl go sure no problem for the boys( no credit limit).......

Today i feel better compare to yesterday night......my friend are right...i shell try more and not sitting to wait my fate to come. When i prepare to go for soccer training....the god are plying a fool with me......The sky turn cloudy and RAIN at sharp 4.15 how am i go for outdoor activities......

Yesterday finish my 3rd exam paper about 4pm......suppose to have a nap but after taking my bath feel energetic so i on my computer surfing net.......

My friend give me a call ...invite me to play futsal with them at 9pm. Normally meet at "Futsul city" kepong for the game. But they want to change new location so we decided to go sungai buloh.

We gather at ah fa house then we split into 4 groups(4 cars).....certainly jeffry, han xing, JWin and me same car.....

Unfortunately.....the switchboard at futsal centre on fire when we reach, so went to 2nd futsal centre "Sports planet" at sungai buloh too. But fully book.......after 1am court only available for us.
MC decide to go 1U futsal centre but all of us strongly against.
Han xing suggest go to segambut "Shut Up" futsal centre.....&.....still 2 more futsal centre beside it.

We arrived segambut about 9.50pm but still the same all the 3 futsal centre fully book.....2am only got free court.
At the end........no choice we had to go back to kepong "Futsal City"........ A moody nite to play futsul.

12am we have supper at kepong baru.......my supper cum dinner.......After my lunch at 1pm , i waited until 12 hour later only can have my dinner....oMg
I don't want to try it anymore........

but i that day i had been fool by my friend.........what a fool am i.

April April April........sem 3 going to end.........Final Exam is coming too......
My leg still not yet recover......play football again....then injured again and again.

When march....Hope to go out shopping but no time, want to go dating but no girlfriend, wish to go clubbing but no money........WHAT a NICE MARCH ^^

LOL...wish my April will be better.......& not too busy too........

A pretty girl from music society came to our lecturer class........ask recruitment
Class boring...........she brighten our day. But my day still the same.......with leg still so so so painful.
Football member advise to take long rest.........so be ready for next month SSPK league.........hope can!
Thursday replacement class......... It should be my off day!!!!!!!!!

Still the same....Hope my leg can recover faster......

Today really is a bad day......even my friend too.....
Today afternoon....Zhan Thoong and Han Xing ask me for help......to go popular find some books....
Too bad....about 4pm reach jeffry house........all the door is close.....sure went out with parents
Later on.....5pm we rush back and as usual go training with jeffry
But...when i reach his house.....front gate & the main door is open....and his father sitting on a small chair with a moody face....so i just say hi to uncle Lam and look for jeffry........
Uncle Lam stand up...."Jeffry went to police station to make report....someone rob my house"

I really don't know what to reply......."SHOCK TOO"
So i contact jeffry quickly.......he told me.....when he came back and saw....the plasma TV is missing.....so he quickly check.....4 notebook missing + few pendrive + money & some expansive thing ( i don't what is it).......

What a bad day.........
Training just started 5 min..........i injured my right leg.......now still so so so so so pain......

Y this few days bad things happen on US .......SAD

Having lecture (TAMADUN ISLAM DAN ASIA). Hate this sub..... this sub do not have tutorial but 2 lecture a week.
What a boring sub make me feel so boring........no mood to study this sub.

This morning have DIM SUM for breakfast with Jeffry & Han Xing, then went JUSCO for a show (LOVE MATTERS).

There are lots of secondary school students from chong hua........sat still have to study.......

After the show , went home to change cloths for soccer training but half way rain. What a bad day.

Next week monday start my semester 3. Finally semester holiday going to end.....

1AM sharp.....the EPL Game finish 3 team that we choose had gat the resoult as same as we buy......
